Dynemo is a software application, developed at Mount Sinai Hospital, consisting of an algorithm and an interactome database that enables rapid understanding of the modular structure of signaling networks from gene expression data. The software is currently available as an analysis service.
Genomic Platforms
Dynemo is platform independent and has accepted data files from Agilent, Affymetrix and Illumina arrays to date. Dynemo is also exploring the use of data files from next generation sequencing platforms.
Lab Services
Through partnership with Mount Sinai Services, an independent CLIA laboratory, Dynemo is able to offer complete biomarker development services including data generation, analysis, validation and assay development.
