Dynemo uses dynamic network modularity to predict clinical outcomes
Dynemo interprets a patient’s genetic profile by analyzing gene interactions.

The many interacting genes in a cell create a complex network and by detecting anomalies in the structure of this network, Dynemo can provide prognoses for certain diseases and predict whether individual patients will respond to certain drugs.

The ability to detect changes in the way genes and proteins interact as a network enables a much higher accuracy than diagnostic tests that observe the activation, or expression level, of specific genes.
